Our rooms range from $100.00 to $215.00 a night during the high season (not including the apartments) and $60.00 to $160.00 a night during the low season. | |||||||||
| The five guest rooms in our 1750's colonial house are nonsmoking. Guests who smoke in these rooms despite this policy understand that they will be charged an excess cleaning fee, and be liable for lost revenue should the room not be suitable for incoming guests. Our back house, with its guest room and apartments, remains smoking optional. | ||||||||||
| Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include room tax. All rates are based on single or double occupancy (except two bedroom apartment). Fifty per cent deposit by check or money order is required to confirm a booking, which is credited to the last nights of your stay. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash are accepted for final payment. In the event of a cancellation, refund of a deposit is subject to the room being rebooked in summer and for holidays and certain other busy periods during the year. Otherwise, we require 14 days notice of a cancellation during the remainder of the year for return of the deposit. A special refundable deposit may be required, if you're bringing a pet, to help ensure cleanliness. |
